Spam

– Excessive characters or word repetition that flood the chat – Includes character spam, message spam, excessive caps, spambots

Inappropriate Comments

– Statements or links that are offensive, inappropriate, controversial (e.g., politics, religion), or antagonistic – Includes sexual, political, or sensitive content – Posting unrelated or NSFW links – Staff or player disrespect

Disrespect

– Rude, disruptive, or defiant behavior towards players, staff, or the server itself

Harassment

– Intimidation, verbal abuse, or persistent negative behavior – Includes general harassment, sexual harassment, or explicit messages

Discriminatory Comments

– Language promoting hate or prejudice based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or similar – Includes slurs, stereotypes, or derogatory remarks

Excessive Swearing

– Repeated use of offensive language

Suicide Encouragement / Death Threats or Jokes

– Joking about or encouraging self-harm or suicide is strictly prohibited – Threats or jokes related to harming others are not tolerated

Foreign Language

– As CloudHaven is primarily an English-speaking server, we require all public chat to be in English to help moderation efforts

Advertising

– Promoting other servers, links, or services unrelated to CloudHaven

Mute Evasion

– Attempting to bypass a mute punishment using alt accounts or other means

Doxxing / DDoS Threats or Jokes

– Threats or jokes about exposing personal information or attacking connections are taken seriously

Staff Impersonation

– Pretending to be a staff member in any capacity

Cheating / Hacking

– Use of 3rd-party software, clients, or mods to gain unfair advantages

Inappropriate Builds

– Includes structures, pixel art, or redstone that contain offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content – Any build promoting hate, offensive ideologies, or discrimination

Scamming

– Dishonest transactions or false promises to exploit other players

Lag Machines

– Intentionally creating redstone or other builds to disrupt server performance

Block Glitching

– Abusing game mechanics to access restricted areas or bypass protections

Bug Abuse

– Exploiting unintended server or gameplay flaws – Players are expected to report bugs to staff immediately

Gambling (EULA Violation)

– Hosting or participating in gambling systems that violate Mojang's EULA

Inappropriate Usernames / Skins

– Usernames or skins that are offensive, vulgar, or violate community standards

Griefing

– Destroying or altering another player’s build without permission

Ban Evasion

– Using alt accounts to bypass a ban
